FOUR QUESTIONS TO “A Network Member in the Spotlight”

What is your role at Allianz Malaysia?
I lead the Employee Benefits sales department, known as Corporate Clients and Solutions (CCS) as Head of Sales. Prior to taking up this challenging role 2 years ago, I was in-charge of the broking and agency channels. Overall, I have been with Allianz Malaysia for more than 15 years.

Who is your primary contact at Insurope?
Michele Tan is my primary contact when it comes to business dealings. She has been very helpful, dynamic and dedicated in her work.

Two words that would best describe your collaboration with the Insurope team? Feel free to explain why.
The Insurope team is well-structured and dedicated. Their support has helped me tremendously in my role in securing the pooling accounts and increasing volume with our business partners.

What is most enjoyable about working with Insurope?
Besides being resourceful, the team brings along distinctive attributes for ongoing enquiries or business opportunities. These characteristics are important because their efforts go a long way in ensuring that no opportunities will be missed out and that projects undertaken are completed with a win-win situation for all parties involved. We have worked closely with the team on numerous occasions to achieve common goals and obtain visible results.
