Renewal Management

Renewal Management captures the renewal dates of benefit plans not currently included in pools and notifies Clients, Brokers and Network Members in advance that the renewal date is approaching.

This allows a dialogue to take place to determine whether or not there will be an opportunity to quote at the upcoming renewal. Discussions can then be had with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that pooling is taken into consideration during the renewal.

These discussions will be actively followed up by Insurope and their Network Members increasing the prospect of additional plans being added to pools.

Where no action is to be taken the next renewal date is reset so the plan can be reviewed at the next opportunity.
